Caronia was the first Cunard liner painted shades of green and thereby nicknamed the "Green Goddess". She followed a familiar pattern of annual cruises worldwide from 1949 until sold from the Cunard fleet in 1968; in the 1960s this included an annual call at Port Everglades. Remained in service until 1974.
